His time in the banking world saw him working across unsecured and equipment finance, processing millions in business loan approvals, and helping hundreds of clients achieve their financial goals. Among his achievements were 236 drawdowns totalling $18.8 million, Banker of the Month recognition for April and May, and mentoring new team members as part of NAB’s Equipment Finance division.

These experiences gave Glenn more than just technical know-how — they taught him how much people value clarity, honesty, and genuine support when navigating major financial decisions.
